POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in HR system configuration, data analysis, and reporting.  Additionally, it is important that the candidate have experience troubleshooting system issues, performing root cause analysis, and practicing continuous improvement. 

To be successful in this position the candidate will require a natural ability to translate business needs to technical requirements, handle complex projects, and oversee multiple HR modules.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Partners with leadership to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement

  • Provides insight, recommendations and develop processes and best practices as it relates to the HRIS system.

  • Responsible for business process development, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance and implementation within UKG Pro and other HR systems.

  • Responsible for developing and enhancing strong partnerships/collaboration with business groups to gather information and translate into actionable functional and/or technical requirements

  • Provides support to HR and other business groups as it relates to systems, best practices, processes, access and reporting needs.

  • Works with vendors and internal IT partners to develop data imports, exports, and reporting; establishes recurring data feeds

  • Manages audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HRIS.

  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 5+ years' experience with UKG Pro, Business Intelligence, and WFM (formerly Dimensions).

  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week on a regular basis.

  • Ability to travel periodically (less than 5% of the time).

  • Regular and reliable attendance.
