What are we looking for?

As a Product Manager with Intertek Alchemy, your primary goal is to be passionate about helping organizations keep America's food supply and production workers safe.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success of key products within our training solutions technology platform. By working cross-functionally, you will guide products from conception through development to launch, ensuring that they meet both customer needs and business objectives. Your ability to define success, represent customer needs, and inspire teams to deliver innovative solutions will be crucial in driving both customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you'll do:


  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead the product planning and development process, prioritizing features, managing the backlog, and translating requirements into user stories.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on product priorities and requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating on features to enhance the product experience.
  • Advocate for the product internally and externally, providing support and guidance to stakeholders and customers.
  • Continuously assess and improve the product development process, incorporating feedback and best practices.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in an agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans and features.
  • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and mobile products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience participating in industry tradeshows and leading customer site visits.
  • Proven ability to speak about and demo products at customer conferences.
  • Familiarity with SAFe or another scaled agile methodology.

This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
