Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter vendor invoices thru Syteline, JDEdwards, and Automated Vouchering System.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.
  • Investigate discrepancies where vendor invoices do not match purchase order amount.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries regarding supplier invoices paid or unpaid.
  • Work closely with Purchasing department in resolving invoicing/payment issues.
  • Research unvouchered liability issues.
  • Accrue and pay Sales Tax monthly.
  • Support quarterly and annual audit requests.
  • Assist with preparing 1099's.
  • Review and submit all vendor and customer master data requests to corporate.
  • Verify all Vendor Federal W-9 reports.
  • Maintain all applicable files.

Qualifications

  • One year of related AP experience, is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills to include but not limited to: Pivot tables, Formula Functions (Sum, Count, Average, Sumif, etc.), Conditional Formatting, Filters is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and very detailed oriented
  • Previous ERP experience.
  • Experience with handling multiple tasks at the same time, as well as being detail oriented.
  • Good computer skills, including Word and Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with associates at a variety of levels within a manufacturing environment.
