RPM International Inc. is looking for a full-time Receptionist at its corporate headquarters in Brunswick Hills, OH
Job Duties
Serve as the first impression of RPM by greeting, welcoming and directing guests
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Assist colleagues, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Outgoing, customer service driven personality
Team player
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to remain at the front desk for extended periods
100% on site
8:45-4:45 Monday-Friday
