Position: Physical Therapist/25/HCD248
Location: Everett, WA
Duration: 3+ months
Contract to Hire
Shifts: 10 hours a day
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Start & end times of shift: 7 am to 6 pm
Min Exp Required: 1 Year
This job will have the following responsibilities:
1. Plans and administers treatments prescribed by a physician to patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease or surgery. Uses techniques such as heat, electricity, water, massage and exercise.
2. Assure proper and adequate documentation of physical therapy services by maintaining effective record-keeping.
3. Assure corporate compliance and confidentiality guidelines established by The Everett Clinic are followed.
4. Interact regularly with the referring Providers and their staff.
5. Frequent interactions with patients and their families.
6. Attend Meetings as necessary
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
2.Certification/Licensure: Current Washington State PT license
3. Experience in treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems in an outpatient setting.
4. Experience in pelvic rehab desired but not preferred
