Job Title: Hospice RN Case Manager



Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice RN Case Manager sought for 8 week assignment, with potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with no on call or weekends required. The area of coverage is Mountain Grove area.



Minimum Requirements:

• MO or Compact RN license


• 1+ years hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years


• HCHB experience


• BLS
