This company is a large real estate company that continues to grow and expand their portfolio. This company is looking to hire a Staff Accountant.


Your new role


Reporting into the Assistant Controller you will be responsible for
preliminary review of monthly financials and expenditures, prepare all journal entries, assist in preparation of reports, communicate with Property Managers, prepare reconciliations, assist with month variance explanations, assist with year end financial schedules, and special projects as needed.


What you'll need to succeed


You will have a degree in accounting, two years of accounting experience, real estate or property management background preferred, Peoplesoft experience preferred, detail oriented, and strong analytical skills.
