The Business Process Transformation Lead designs and qualifies industrial processes and flows for project teams based on customer priorities and product backlogs. In this management role, they develop agile practices and properly size industrialization activities using skill resources from chapters. They ensure operational interfaces for pilot runs, process/flow qualification, and project transfers. For projects with simple manufacturing and supply chain footprints, they bring agility through multi-skill activities and responsibilities. They design and assure the performance of product assembly or automation processes according to Schneider Electric's quality, delivery, and cost specifications.
