What will you do?

• Packs finished MCC Structures for shipment .


• Uses pallet jack/PTI to retrieve necessary items to perform job duties as necessary.


• Comprehensive understanding of shipping lists and labels for accurate deployment.


• Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area.


• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on area equipment as needed.


• Cross-train and rotate through various stations within department as needed to provide additional support.


• Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired and/or transferred employees.


• Report material and equipment problems to appropriate personnel .


• Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and interface with other shifts and support groups as needed.

• HS Diploma or GED


• Experience with hand tools


• PIT experience a plus

• Day one (1) benefits


• $1000 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments)


• Weekly pay

• Production Supervisor
