Position Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Senior Business Process Analyst with experience in leading end to end business process mapping working sessions, analyzing cross functional business processes in Sales and Service Functions. The candidate must have a strong understanding and application of applying principles of Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvements. Candidate should have three to four years of experience in process mapping, modeling, measurement analysis and project management.

Responsibilities:


  • Improves End to End Processes based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma.

  • Facilitates design workshop to identify business requirements for improvements. Design meaningful process measures.

  • Partners with functional and technical teams in developing user acceptance testing

  • Uses Process modelling tool to develop desktop process model

  • Develops supporting documents for work instructions for end users

  • Collaborates with functional and training teams in developing effective content for process improvement.

  • Develops business cases supported by objective data analysis. Performs basic Statistical analysis on process capability

  • Partners with stakeholders to streamline process documents, policies and procedures access and version control

  • Partners with Regional Process Excellence Analysts to identify trends for improvement, consults to co-create standardized processes, monitor effectiveness of control plan

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading business process improvements in the service segments like Finance, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales and Services areas of the business.

  • Green belt certification is desired with a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives implemented

  • Excellent data analysis, process modeling and knowledge of business statistics to develop business cases

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience in facilitating cross functional teams in process walk through

  • Ability to train users on DMAIC tools and methodology

  • Experience with working with Technical teams and developing business requirements. Some experience in writing user stories

  • Understanding of project management framework and Agile methodology

  • Ability to define and scope a business problem and assist with prioritization process

  • Proficient in using Process Mapping tools. Familiarity with Lucidcharts, Visio, iGrafx, Celonis, SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Certified Green Belt

  • Trained and certified in Project Management desired

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Business Process Analyst role based in the United States of America is: $88,200 - $132,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
