Baer is looking for a Junior SAP Accounts Payable AP Resource for a 2+ month project located in Cleveland, OH.
Title: Junior SAP Accounts Payable AP Resource Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH Duration: 2 months Rate: All-inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
Assist the Accounts Payable department in processing payments efficiently and accurately within the SAP system.
Enter payment information into the SAP system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
Monitor and review transactions to ensure that all payments are processed correctly and on time.
Identify and resolve any issues related to payment processing, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Provide day-to-day support to the AP team, helping them manage their workload and reduce the backlog of payments.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payment activities within the SAP system.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within an SAP environment.
Basic understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) modules and processes. Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payment processing and data entry.
