Description: Job Description: Night Time Production Supervisor

Location: Batavia, NY

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually



Schedule: 5 days a week, 12-hour shifts (night time)



Key Responsibilities:


Oversee night time production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.


Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.


Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing regulations.


Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet targets.


Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.


Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the production process.


Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities.



Qualifications:


Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).


Local to the Batavia, NY area.


Proven experience in food manufacturing (Milling or Pet food preferred).


Strong leadership and team management skills.


Excellent problem-solving abilities.


Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 5 days a week.


Strong communication and organizational skills.
