Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in North Carolina! The individual will provide leadership and supervision to the maintenance mechanics. They will also be responsible to set up and oversee a preventative/predictive maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance mechanics
Create preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Schedule, train, and mentor maintenance mechanics to produce at maximum efficiency
Oversee the direct planning and execution of daily activity; ensure staffing, direction, and discipline
Direct and manage the operation to improve performance
Direct employees in safety procedures and avoid accidents
Facilitate and implementation of projects
Set-up and oversee maintenance programs
Maintain vendor performance records for evaluation and review
Track, report, and post efficiency and reliability of each machine
Requirements:
5-10 years experience in manufacturing environment
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Ability to follow through and achieve results
Strong leadership skills
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
