Job Description:
As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
1 year of experience in Commercial Credit (analyst/underwriting/operations).
2 years of experience with nCino or Salesforce Platform (vendor or bank customer).
Proficiency in SOQL/SQL languages with the ability to write intermediate queries.
Experience with the ServiceNow platform (any industry).
Business analyst or product management experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Custom Formulas, Data Profiling).
