Lead a technology organization that is focused on building Finance and Accounting Technology solutions for Kroger to support the enterprise. Ensure various technology components are built at speed according to standard patterns. This role will drive some of these initiatives and in other cases partner and coordinate across teams within Kroger Technology, internal business partners and third parties. - Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of successful experience as a Software Technology Manager of large teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects preferably with experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting
- Understanding technology to support Omni channel experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven commitment to continuous Improvement within the workplace
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Demonstrated written, oral and presentation/public speaking communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Software as a Service Architecture Solution
- Proven ability to think and contribute at a strategic level
- Strong performance management experience of large work groups
- Proven delivery of innovative results in previous roles and strong knowledge of industry trends and industry competition
- Demonstrated capability to build, mentor and maintain an inclusive team-based environment
- Expertise and experience in business case development, product scoping and project planning with technology engineering teams
- Demonstrated skill in working with multi-location global teams
