About the role:
As the People Operations Coordinator at M Culinary Concepts, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience across all business locations. Acting as the primary contact for employees, you'll oversee the onboarding process, manage HR files and audits, coordinate employee welcome and anniversary gifts, and provide support with workers' compensation when needed. With your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for building strong employee relations, you'll help ensure our team thrives in a supportive and engaging environment.

What we need from you:
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with employees and deliver exceptional service. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail. You should have a working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, as well as strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is essential.
