Job Summary
The Digital Solution and Integration portfolio comprises of Upstream business software, Digital Apps built with disruptive technologies and enterprise integrations. Together, these solutions drive operational efficiencies and revenue optimization. The Global Digital Solutions and Integrations Supervisor contributes to and realizes the Digital & Integration strategy. Candidate should be passionate to understand business problems, required outcomes, formulate options for a path forward, introduce the digital vector and deliver success. The ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow, enhance system interoperability, and optimize overall business processes is important to be successful in this role.
The Global Digital Solutions & Integrations Supervisor will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remote.
Responsibilities
Overall: Lead and execute analysis of complex business problems. Based on strong understanding of Upstream O&G processes and Murphy application landscape formulate a path forward for optimal solution
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders at all levels, to understand issues, provide recommendations and build credibility. Build compelling presentations and convey key messages with confidence to stakeholders
Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, align with good architectural patterns, are composable and supportable
Technology evaluation: Assess use case and recommend fit for purpose application platform, integration technologies, and tools. Perform both POCs and POVs where required to assess technical feasibility as well as business impact/benefits of the recommended tools/solution.
Transformation & Innovation: Challenge status quo and bring out of the box ideas to the table. Experimental mindset to drive innovation
Audit & Controls: Understand, support, and ensure compliance with audit and control requirements. Effectively engage with auditors to explain observations with compensating controls and ensure zero deficiencies
Service Partner Management: Oversee management of day-to-day support, operational activities, and enhancements as part of Managed Services delivery
Team Management & Collaboration: Manage a diverse and geographically spread team of resources in a multi-vendor environment. Foster collaboration between IT, Fusion Teams and business stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or other IT degree
Minimum 12 years combined experience in the responsibility areas described above with minimum 6 years' experience in Digital Solutions design and integrations
Minimum 3 years' experience in Upstream O&G Industry with SAP footprint
Thorough knowledge of microservices architecture, Cloud based Well-architected-frameworks, NFRs
Expertise in Web and Mobile solution development, Integrations (CPI/IS and other tools), Workflow management, and Event-driven development
SAP BTP based, and Azure based cloud-native development and cross-platform integration.
Programming - Java, React, Node
DevOps - CI/CD and Containerized deployments
Experience with different on-prem to cloud migration strategies for applications and databases
Strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical material to diverse audiences ranging from business leadership to developers
The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. Work is performed almost entirely in a controlled (i.e., inside) environment and does not typically subject the incumbent to any hazardous/extreme elements; some positions may require regularly moving or transporting items weighing up to 25 lbs. around the office for various needs.
