Responsible for working with business units to define business processes. Create documentation of finalized processes. Support business units in the use of defined processes. Work with technical teams to configure Applications to support process. Observe for management compliance and non-compliance with defined processes. Define methods and procedures to support process. Define total quality measures for process compliance and methods & process compliance. Create reporting on all created method and procedure and total quality measures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitates with and for the business units, the definition of key business processes. Pursues continuous improvement on rpDocuments finalized processes and supports communication to user base.

Leads the design, facilitation, and training related to methods & procedures related to business processes.

Leads the design, facilitation, and training related to total quality plans. Leads the planning, developing, and implementing of techniques which will ensure quality levels are maintained.

Collects data to identify root cause of problems and recommends and implements solution.

Manages projects to accomplish the above and reports to management on relevant subject matter plus time and cost to complete.

Delivers presentations and training courses to a diverse population of people on related topics. Surveys, analyzes and develops best practices for techniques and processes.

May review product designs, establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards, directs inspection services, coordinates manufacturing and engineering, and confers with customers to define and resolve product quality problems.

Provides direction for defining process flows, business rules, and user requirements. Works with outside vendors to identify/schedule programs and support materials.

Leads the development and implementation of operational performance metrics, process control points, and results management.

Facilitates complex and or organizational process improvement activities.

May employ tools such as Six Sigma methodology to accomplish business objectives. May work with Six Sigma certified professionals in accomplishing key projects.

Skill Sets:

1. Communication - all levels and from detail to summarized

2. Business Knowledge - knowledge of Real Estate business a plus

3. Business process modeling, analysis and design - knowledge of discipline of business process and tools used to define, communicate and monitor.

3. Business Process Discovery - particularly in environment with many permutations in play

4. Business Process Management - experience defining and diving one single best process out of many in use variations.

5. Business Process Unification - bringing many different processes together to one go forward process

6. Agile and model-driven application development - working with application implementation team to represent business processes to be enabled.

Seen as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Education: Bachelor Degree or related experience preferred.

Business Process Management preferred area of study.

Experience: At least 5 years related experience preferred.

Supervisory: No.

Our Lead Quality M&P Process Managers earn between $118,800 - $178,200 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
