Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Occupational Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with 1 weekend/month. The coverage area is South Stockton and the productivity expectation is a minimum of 30 points per 40 hour week. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA OT license


• 1+ year Home Health OT experience


• BLS
