Test Engineer
The Test Engineer will establish test procedures and oversee product testing throughout development and production stages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Testing Coordination (80% of Job)
Coordinate and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.
Gather and analyze information on materials and components used in production.
Develop proposals for testing programs and procedures, specifying testing conditions.
Conduct tests on new products and design systems to collect digital data during testing.
Analyze test data to assess the accuracy and reliability of results.
Identify and address issues with new products, recommending or implementing solutions.
Continue testing and refinement until results meet product requirements and specifications.
Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
Develop and integrate quality control testing procedures into the production process.
Seek innovative methods to save time and reduce costs while maintaining quality effectiveness.
Team Leadership (20% of Job)
Maintain a positive work environment that supports the company's culture.

Strengthen relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee inventory management and merchandise allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective product flow through the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a minimum of two years of experience as a Test Engineer.
Essential Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for constructive and positive discussions on product flaws.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Moderate experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD, etc.
Robust understanding of general computing device architecture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing test reports and proposals.

Working Conditions:
Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
