Job Summary
This position will report directly to the Controller, with a focus of BOM management, costing & assisting with various financial analysis projects. This includes participation in cost reviews, working with site manufacturing teams to set up new products, & supporting the preparation of financial statements.
Job Responsibilities
Support site management & plant operations with improvement efforts through in-depth analysis of BOMs & standard costs
Work closely with the Controller & VP of Finance to complete various month end processes, fixed asset maintenance, & inventory accuracy
Daily review of expense transactions, & general ledger accounts
Other ad hoc reports & analysis as assigned
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful, but not required
General knowledge of ERP systems
Very strong Excel skills are critical, with the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets a plus
Ability to navigate different connecting systems & programs fluidly
Comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment
