Job Title: Temporary Financial Office Clerk
Location: Pasadena, CA
Salary: $22-$24 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Position
Duration: Ongoing temp, must be available full-time

Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks efficiently and accurately.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases as needed.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate reports.
Assist with general clerical duties to support the finance team as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a clerk role handling Accounts Receivable/Payable tasks.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vLookups, Pivot Tables, and spreadsheet management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
