The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.



What You'll Do



• Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups


• Propose a plan that leverages a client's existing project management framework and work collaboratively with their client to manage and deliver to the plan


• Work in multiple disciplines and multiple industries


• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly


• Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers


• Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and coordinate project staff


• Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and progress reports


• Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction


• Report, manage, mitigate project issues, risks, and escalations, and ensure deliverable signoff


• Ensure and oversee launch of fully-functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope



Responsibilities:



  • Program Lead, focused on leading the process mapping and ERP vendor selection

  • Run program and serve as day-to-day lead on project.

  • Will work with BA to document processes, determine criteria for and drive the vendor selection for MPG.

  • Onsite 4 days/wk

• 5+ years in complex project management


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
