Slalom Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with finance/accounting, financial systems, and project management experience to join the Business Advisory Services team.


Slalom's Senior Consultants work across multiple disciplines and industries and must be able to understand their clients' businesses and build credibility quickly.



What You'll Do



  • Work with clients who are transforming their business with technology that supports finance and accounting, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, operations, and human resource.

  • Work with organizations to identify outcomes and success criteria

  • Perform assessments of current systems and processes and make recommendations for improvements

  • Prepare budgets and ROI analysis

  • Lead vendor selection efforts

  • Lead requirements gathering and process workshops, and future-state visioning sessions

  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder assessments, change impacts, change plans, communications, organizational designs.

  • Manage small to medium size technology implementation projects

  • Manage issues and risks

  • Lead steering committee meetings

  • Work with clients in preparing for system implementation projects by evaluating data quality, resourcing needs, budget, implementation partner selections

  • Lead user acceptance testing activities

  • Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly


What You'll Bring



  • Experience leading implementation projects or pieces of the project

  • Familiarity with the ERP Cloud offerings on the market. Ideally certified in one of them.

  • Ability to interpret business needs to technical teams

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels

  • Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments

  • Strong rational and critical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $130,000 to $165,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
