ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We're seeking a Copywriter to join our B2B Marketing Creative team, working exclusively on our WeddingPro brand. In this role, you will craft compelling, on-brand copy that resonates with our vendor audience, driving engagement and conversions across multiple channels. RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of B2B marketing materials, including emails, web content, paid and organic social media posts, and campaign assets.
  • Partnering closely with our Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Demand Gen teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to develop creative concepts and bring them to life.
  • Assist in maintaining and refining the WeddingPro brand voice across all vendor-facing communications.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content and educational materials aimed at helping wedding vendors succeed.
  • Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high-quality standards and is free of errors.


SUCCESSFUL B2B COPYWRITER CANDIDATES HAVE:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B or marketing environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to write in a consistent brand voice and adapt style to different formats and audiences.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the wedding industry or experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
