Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is looking to hire a Staff or Senior Estimator. The Estimator will support a large national Construction Company based in Natick, MA (fully on-site).

Summary:
The Staff/Senior Estimator provide analytical support to various capital and US federal construction projects - which includes proposals review, evaluating subcontractors, and price analysis.

Additional job functions include:

• Staff/Senior Estimator will review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFP's) - ensuring accuracy and maintaining project parameters


• Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations and prepare bid documents and packages


• As a Staff/Senior Estimator, you will assist purchasing with oversight of supplies, work scope, schedule, and project budgets


• Prepare and review price analysis sheets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-8 years of Estimating in Construction


• Ability to read and interpret RFP's


• Proficient with Estimating ERP systems (preferably Sage/Timberline Estimating)


• Understanding of fixed price, design-build, and/or self-perform estimating a plus


• Experience with Government projects a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
