Expected Duration: 6+ months Contract to Hire (with possibility of extension or conversion)



Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range: $16/hr - $17/hr


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:



The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP's dictated by the client.

* Will there be travel, if so will the project cover expenses: no travel
