Tech2 Solutions (T2S) is a critical subcontractor on the N3B Los Alamos LLC team and will be providing program management and technical services in support of the ground & surface water monitoring program at the U.S. Department of Energy's Los Alamos National Laboratory.

T2S is a full-service engineering and environmental consulting company with a worldwide reach in the areas of environmental monitoring and remediation, national security, systems engineering, data management and analytics for both federal and commercial customers.

T2S is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Drilling to ensure all drilling activities are executed safely, deliberately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will involve confirming that all procedures align with technical requirements, supporting program management, and ensuring the safety and security of operations.

Your Role:

• Manage Drilling Operations and Administrative Group to successfully implement drilling program scope in accordance with regulatory, procedural and technical requirements.

• Develop, coordinate, and review project documents, reports, and other submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedule, and budget.

• Collaborate with other Project Managers to appropriately plan, schedule and execute work scope.

• Track project costs, schedules, and variances in coordination with the Project Management Office, Drilling STRs, and other Drilling Project Managers

• Lead Subcontract Technical Representatives team to ensure appropriate subcontracting compliance include adherence to scope, quality and safety requirements

• Lead lookahead meetings focused on schedule and performance optimization

Essential Duties:

• Apply broad knowledge of environmental health and safety principles, concepts, and techniques.

• Perform complex tasks independently using sound judgment and minimal instruction.

• Manage field personnel and activities to maintain scope, cost, and schedule control.

• Oversee drilling and pump subcontractors to minimize costs and adhere to schedules.

• Maintain positive communication with support teams and clients.

• Develop and review drilling scopes of work, requests for proposals, and contracts.

• Support procurement and proposal efforts for new work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.

• Approximately 10 years of experience in drilling/pump/environmental project management.

• Preferred experience with water well drilling and pump operations.

• Practical knowledge of environmental sciences for utilizing scientific data.

• Ability to execute strategic tasks independently and impact organizational success.

• Experience managing large-scale projects, defining scope, objectives, and methods.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to train and mentor junior staff.

• Familiarity with LANL site work environment and other DOE environmental sites is preferred.

• Knowledge of EVMS and P6 systems is preferred.

• PMP certification or training is preferred.

• A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
