To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company's sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis.

Essential Functions

• Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.


• Achieve revenue goals.


• Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.


• Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience and three (3) years field sales line management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Freight forwarding & global air freight expertise; global ocean & parcel experience preferred. Successful in driving revenue growth & managing large revenue books. Strong organizational change, performance coaching, & Sales program execution skills. Experienced with multinational accounts and strategic negotiations. Expert in organizational change, training, and incentive program execution. Knowledgeable in digital solutions for supply chain efficiency and customer experience.

Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement

Pay: $130,140 - $249,780

Additional Details: Remote; Los Angeles/Southern California; Other West Coast major metro may be considered. Both domestic and some international travel required.
