Overview: We are a highly strategic, data-driven team looking to grow our UX Design squad! Our ideal candidate will participate in the conceptual development and delivery of cross-platform experiences within a collaborative team environment. These experiences should be beautifully designed and meet user and client needs throughout all touchpoints of our digital commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UI Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, Engineers, Data and Testing Teams, and Product Managers to create effective and elegant design solutions.
Create deliverables like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate vision and strategy.
Deliver and execute finished UI for web, mobile web, and native apps based on existing design systems.
Ensure quality, usability, consistency, brand relevance, and compliance across all deliverables.
Apply conceptual thinking across various platforms while considering user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Design end-to-end experiences using qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior, and verify design concepts.
Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are met and implemented.
Collaborate with project managers to fill out design criteria in JIRA and ensure requirements are outlined for development.
Communicate regularly with remote teams and partners.
Develop learnings post-project to grow and innovate the quality of our product.

Candidates MUST have experience with Design Systems and are Design System Designers, not just UX.
A portfolio is required.
Candidates can live in any US time zone as long as they're willing to work EST.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience designing interfaces for cross-platform, multi-device ecosystems.
Strong understanding of the digital design landscape and evolving trends.
Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
AEM, component design, and/or content management system design experience is a bonus.
Understanding of mobile, tablet, and desktop web platforms as well as native iOS and Android design and functionality.
