Job Description:

Location: Zionsville, IN

Description: Our client is currently seeking a school psychologist for an elementary setting from August 20th-December 20th!



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Ability to evaluate students in order to determine eligibility for special education services and students' strengths and needs


Knowledge of and comply to legal policies and procedures within local, state, and federal policies governing special education, including Article 7 and IDEA


Knowledge of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral techniques including FBAs and BIPs


Ability to organize and lead small-group or individual student interventions targeting social-emotional skills


Knowledge of MTSS procedures: data analysis, progress monitoring, goal setting, and intervention selection and evaluation



Certificate/License:



Valid license in School Psychology by the Indiana Department of Education. Applicants with independent licensure by the Indiana State Psychology Board will be considered, though if hired, must obtain licensure as a school psychologist by the Indiana Department of Education
