Responsible for consolidating the data to provide the KPI and benefit reporting to the Sourcing and Cost Management leadership team. - Bachelor's Degree Business, Information Management, Finance, Retail, CPG, or similar
- Ability to identify, quantify and effectively communicate business risks
- Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)
- Ability to monitor compliance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities and/or raise business risks

- Work with category management team to gather the relevant data points

- Consolidate the data and generate the KPIs based on the standard process defined
- Follow the reporting process defined to track, measure and communicate KPIs
- Support the manager in defining data requirements
- Support the manager in coordinating with category management to develop and track/report savings per category and aggregate
- Build reports on monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis
- Work with the analytics team to perform system agnostic calculations and combine data from multiple sources into a presentable format
- Interact with other CoE activities to provide assistance in pulling the data at different stages of the sourcing events and determine common data needs, drive multi-functional decision making, and enable scale reporting
- Support the manager in coordinating with the sourcing operations team to report Source to Pay transactions and performance metrics
- Support the manager in working with Supplier Relationship Management team to develop supplier performance reports
