Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), No eye contacts allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to prevent breakdowns


• Set up and tear down work centers in a timely and organized manner


• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform simple maintenance


• Train operators on set-up processes


• Maintain a clean and safe workplace


• Perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products


• Adhere strictly to GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines, and company SOPs


• Follow proper GDP practices


• Efficiently operate machinery and perform line opening/line closing functions


• Complete production paperwork responsibilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing


• Ability to follow policies and procedures, meet project timelines, and work independently


• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and planning skills


• Excellent teamwork and influencing abilities


• Self-motivated with a bias for action


• Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
