The University of Miami/UHealth Department of SCCC has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Postdoc Associate (Bioinformatics) to work at the UHealth Medical Campus.
The Post Doctoral Associate performs scientific research and studies under the supervision of managing staff. Moreover, the Post Doctoral Associate promotes institutional recognition through contributions to the scientific community. This specific Associate position involves the use of mass spectrometry to evaluate cellular metabolism. The incumbent will develop and maintain clinical processing and ETL bioinformatic pipelines to enable the accurate and timely data communication with AACR GENIE and fulfill SCCC's responsibilities as an AACR GENIE member. The Post Doc will leverage the Sylvester Data Portal computational infrastructure to create standardized, reproducible, and automated pipelines.
