RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Rancho Cordova, CA that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.

Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Working alongside management, this role will assist in the oversight of financial and strategic decision support to ensure the achievement of financial goals for the company. They also will help optimize financial opportunities regarding expense management throughout the corporation. The position will report to the VP of Finance and work closely with other functions within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field


• 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance


• Experienced in developing and presenting financial models and financial forecasts to a variety of audiences


• Strong analytical skills; This includes the ability to create financial models from scratch and an interest in conducting deep dive analysis to better understand key business drivers


• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights skills


• Ability to communicate financial information effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
