Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Internship in the Smyrna TN facility. This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.

What do you get to do in this position?


  • Manage service and service sales orders to ship day of order being booked when stock is available in local warehouses.

  • Prioritize logistics needs when necessary; communicate with warehouse operations and logistics team to in order to meet delivery requirement.

  • Follow existing processes and procedures to ensure daily execution of operating standards and service level agreements.

  • Research and respond to customer requests

  • Analyze shipping and inventory data

  • Participate as a member of the team

  • Work collaboratively with other organizations within the supply chain to support business processes

  • Be responsible for critical thinking and decision making related to your tasks


This job might be for you if:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in a field of S upply Chain, Manufacturing/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

  • Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau

  • Recent college graduate or early career looking to gain experience in Logistics and manufacturing.

  • You are a team player who has a great attitude and strong work ethic
