Our Director of Facility Operations Focuses On:
AdvisingCommunities on measurements to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the building, forecasting upcoming needs and requirements.Overseeing building repair and remodel projects; procuringbids and workingwith contractors, residents, and associates.Partnering with Executive Directors and Community teams to assure compliance with government regulations and readiness for inspections by lenders and local authorities.Implementingpolicies for the procurement of strategic vendors and contractors for all maintenance needs (landscaping, snow removal, waste, carpet, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).Developing short and long-term plans for property maintenance and rehabilitation.
Our Director of Facility Operations Will:
Workwith Home Office to obtain bids for all capital expenditures and in selection of appropriate contractors/vendors.Overseethe security and safety of buildings, grounds, and associates.Assurethe continued quality of Heritage Communities physical assets in a cost-effective and efficient manner.Completeongoing quality assessments of compliance with established maintenance schedules and procedures with an understanding of state regulations and company policy.Maintain and improvebuilding assets including grounds, equipment, furniture, and vehicles in collaboration with the management staff within the company and individual communities.
