National Instruments Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for its offices in Austin, TX

Job Description:

Lead and drive execution for the programs and projects within the Supply Chain Organization. Find solutions for business challenges, establishing / maintaining / improving business tasks and processes. Initiate, manage, implement changes that increase efficiency, while working with co-departments and cross-functional teams. Initiate, lead and support projects that contribute to the success of the Supply Chain Organization. Participate in efforts to solve company-wide challenges. Continuously look for ways to improve / optimize business processes. Maintain a strong relationship with business and functional leaders and team members. Work with business and IT teams to drive execution for continuous improvement efforts. Work with functional leaders to manage resources to achieve company and organizational goals. Support / drive initiatives for CI activities. Provide strategic and functional expertise for the business teams. Discover and present potential opportunities for the organization, work with project teams to drive these to a successful implementation. Participate in the change management responsibilities of the Supply Chain Organization. Influence other organizations to achieve organizational objectives. Sponsor and monitor projects within the Supply Chain Organization. Drive process improvements to align with the priorities of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's* degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering Management, Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business Economics, or Economics plus 3 years of experience in MFG, Supply Chain or manufacturing planning. *Employer will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor's degree.
