Job Description:

Manages a Federal Division's clinical quality program and accreditation processes to ensure well defined processes and uses performance measurement as the foundation for quality and process improvement. Interfaces with Division project managers, clinical directors and other leadership to ensure collaboration and coordination of quality program and data reporting across multiple federal and military contracts. Leads a team in support of quality processes and improvement.


  • Manages all quality activities in the assigned area ensuring program and procedures support Division goals for service, quality, and cost effectiveness including compliance with contract, federal and state requirements.


  • Proactively leads the quality team and projects to meet Division goals for quality and data reporting components.


  • Collaboratively interfaces with stakeholders for activities and projects which may include program development, training, clinical audits and reviews, satisfaction surveys, tracking adverse incidents.


  • For federal/military contracts, monitoring of performance guarantees, quality studies and process improvement projects, and convening quality committees.


  • For data reporting and metrics, directs data collection, analysis and reporting to meet and often exceed contract requirements.


  • Closely collaborates with Division project managers, clinical directors, and other leadership stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and strategic goals and ensures quality projects are integrated within operations.


  • Oversees clinical auditing processes/tools and ensures clinical operational compliance with audit requirements.


  • Establishes processes and procedures to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and defines the standards for quality and timeliness to ensure results.


  • All other duties as assigned.



Other Job Requirements

Responsibilities
Master's degree in a behavioral health or related field.

Clinical license in a behavioral health area (e.g. LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

7+ years quality improvement and performance management experience.

5+ years post master's degree behavioral health experience

3+ years management experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills.

Knowledge and experience in quality improvement processes, performance measurement and federal/military contract data delivery.

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and influence personnel within and across team boundaries.

Expertise in word processing and data management software.

Interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

$83,890
Salary Maximum:
$142,610

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
