Job Description:

We are seeking a Rebuild/Hydraulic Specialist in our Tukwila, WA Branch. As a Rebuild/Hydraulic Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the machine rebuild, component rebuilds, and hydraulic parts and service with in NC Machinery Washington territory. Your primary goal is to work with the PSSRs/ISRs in a supporting role to help win the machine rebuild, component rebuild, and hydraulics business


Key Responsibilities



  • The primary responsibility of the Rebuild/Hydraulics Specialist will be to develop and implement resources to help grow the rebuild and hydraulics business.

  • Work closely with PSSRs and ISRs in developing machine rebuild pricing, Component rebuild pricing, and hydraulics pricing.

  • Work closely with the Product Support Sales Manager in development and implementing of the machine rebuild pricing, component rebuild pricing, and hydraulics pricing.

  • Develops and maintain targets for Machine rebuilds, component rebuilds, and hydraulics.

  • Complete and Maintain reports on Machine Rebuilds, and Component Rebuilds, and Hydraulics

  • Work closely with the service department to ensure rebuilds are quoted and completed as required.

  • Complete all required training on-line and in person

  • Complete Hydraulic assessments for hose and couplings for customers

  • Complete installation and training for customers that have hose and coupling rebuild capability.

  • Stay abreast of new and updated information on rebuilds and hydraulics.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Report on Competition and industry trends.


 


Qualifications




  • Required

    • Proven experience in heavy equipment, construction, or related industries

    • Proven experience in rebuilds and hydraulics

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    • Willingness to travel within NC Machinery Washington territory.

    • Proficient in Microsoft office

    • A valid WA Driver’s license




 




  • Preferred

    • BA/BS Degree

    • Familiarity with Caterpillar Products and Services

    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tool
