Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive/Insurance salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of commercial clients. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their businesses are adequately protected.


Location: Haverhill, MA (100% onsite, Direct Hire Opportunity)



Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Commission



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients

  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their insurance needs and coverage

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector

  • Present and promote insurance products and services to prospective clients

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure favorable coverage for clients

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial lines insurance OR a proven track record in account management and sales

  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance licensing

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting processes
