Site Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with organizational goals.

Safety and Compliance: Role model, prioritize and enforce company safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all sites to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Leadership: Lead and mentor site team members to foster a culture of safe workplace practice, excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Support individuals and teams through change. Uphold Samuel Policies and Values. Displays a good understanding of key aspects of the organization’s mission and strategies; is able to convey this information so that it is relatable to direct reports. Ensure priorities of Safety, Quality, and Productivity are maintained at the forefront of all activities.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality operations. In conjunction with the Director of Operations, develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
