Infosys is seeking an Anaplan Architect and Model Builder with a strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes. The position will primarily be responsible for developing new requirements for the evolving business needs of majorly Sales and Compensation Planning.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology experience
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
Candidates must to be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area

4+ years of experience in Anaplan with exposure to Sales and Compensation planning and Territory management across implementation and support/maintenance programs.
Significant experience in solution designing and implementation of the Business and Technical Blueprint for future Anaplan Planning ecosystem.
Expertise in developing meta data, business rule and data load process.
Expertise in translating business problems into complex models in Anaplan. This may include building new models, updating existing ones, translating Excel models into Anaplan, guiding the team to follow best practices while modeling and ensuring data integrity
Defining requirements for building and updating models, along with sizing of user stories, PI planning, sprint planning, release planning and creation of Service Now tickets.
Providing strategic insights and recommendations on based on model outcomes.
Understanding the Integrating systems for smooth integration of Anaplan with other systems to enhance data flow.
Creating and maintaining reporting and UX dashboards
Expertise in testing the solution created and reviewing models built by others and providing guidance
Experience in automation of redundant processes and activities in Sales and compensation planning solutions to reduce manual interventions.

Experience with Agile ways of working
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Staying up to date on the latest Anaplan features, Possess the knowledge of the latest Anaplan features like Plan IQ
Extensive finance domain Knowledge in Enterprise Performance Management space
