How Will You Make an Impact?:



You will be delivering products that help a scientist discover a cure for cancer to helping a nurse care for a patient effectively because they have the right equipment.



A Day in the Life:



Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.


Work in one or more process paths; receiving, stocking, picking, packing, or shipping.


Repetitive motions lifting, kneeling, bending and pushing packages up to 50lbs


Maintain a high level of detail at an efficient pace daily.


Majority of work tasks will be completed in a 2-8C cold room.


Expected to be the subject matter expert in assigned functions


Work with your team to make sure everyone has a magical experience working at Thermo Fisher Scientific.




Education:



High school diploma or equivalent required.



Experience:




Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Required: Minimum of 2 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field


• Required: MS Office and Outlook


• 
  
• Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks


• Preferred: Warehouse QC experience

• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50lbs frequently and 100lbs occasionally.


• Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time involving walking, stooping, bending and reaching.
