We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team to lead the Entitlement Master platform. The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team. This involves acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Development Team, defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the product meets customer and business needs. You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of MDM business as usual (BAU) activities, ensuring that all processes and systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service

Reporting to the Vice President of MDM, AI and Data Quality, this position works from our Technology office in Alpharetta with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is NOT a fully-remote role.)
What You'll Do :

• Product Vision and Strategy:
  
  
  
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Define and communicate a product strategy that outlines the roadmap for achieving the product vision.
• Product Backlog Management:
  
  
  
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and strategy.
  • Write clear and concise user stories that capture user needs and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to estimate and plan work.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
  
  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, customers, and the Development Team.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are represented in the product backlog.
• Development Team Collaboration:
  
  
  
  • Work closely with the Development Team to ensure they understand the product vision and backlog items.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to the Development Team during development.
• Operational Management:
  
  
  
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes and systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that targets are met.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Incident Management:
  
  
  
  • Lead the incident management process, ensuring that all incidents are logged, investigated, and resolved in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the status of incidents and any potential impact on the business.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

• 5+ years of experience with strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 5+ years of Experience in Product development or 3+ years as a Product Owner.
• 5+ years of experience in a BAU or operations management role. Proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations and delivering results.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while managing deadlines effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Java, Object Oriented Programming.
• Strong understanding of ITIL process, ServiceNow framework, and JIRA.

• CSM Certified SCRUM Master
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Advanced skills with Google BigQuery and Tableau
