Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LEAN Project Manager to drive our company's transformation towards a LEAN culture. This role is critical in improving our operational efficiencies and supporting our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement LEAN methodologies across the organization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
Lead and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously
Collaborate with operational teams to execute efficiency initiatives
Provide training and mentorship on LEAN principles to staff at all levels
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Analyze data to measure project outcomes and ROI
Report project progress and results to senior management
Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in LEAN project management or process improvement roles
Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
Proven track record of successfully implementing LEAN projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
Experience in laboratory or environmental testing industry is a plus
