Location: Edgerton, KS - Hostess Distribution Center
Work Arrangements: 4 pm to 2:30 am
In this role you will:
Compile data for daily outbound reports and present in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
Self-motivated and reliable; works well with others or individually on tasks.
Present effectively with stakeholders and business partners on workflow, trends, and labor capacity.
Lead/assist in communicating outbound workload with business partners to ensure customer service standards are met.
Own and lead outbound daily plan.
SAP experience (EWM, ECC preferred).
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio).
Strong attention to detail.
Must be flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Take the initiative to identify, lead, and establish continuous improvement practices that improve the performance of outbound operations.
Accurately maintain and enter all necessary data tasks for items in the workflow system and follow up on items that are not progressing through the workflow.
Create visual trends and define countermeasures for deficiencies in outbound plan.
Collecting and interpreting data while analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Report results back to the relevant members of the business.
Work alongside all teams within the business to establish improvement projects.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Requires associate degree (i.e. Technical or Vocational education) in areas of computer systems or equivalent experience.
Previous wave planner or production planner experience required with an analytical and distribution background.
Physical Requirements
May be required to sit for long periods of time.
