Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
Transfers product by hand from pallet to cart in order to move from back-stock to retail shelf for purchase using first-in first-out product rotation.
Builds product displays emphasizing salable features; restocks display each visit.
Fill all coolers, stand alone coolers, and warm shelves with product.
Organize back stock in order to condense product and keep area clean.
Prepare damaged and outdated product for pick-up.
Completes stocking sheets and acquires signature from authorized signer.
Completes duties outlined on Merchandiser Work Order, submits pictures of completed work, and acquires signature; confers with Consumer Account Manager to resolve customer problems.
Place proper point-of-sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and stand alone coolers.
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
Resolves customer problems with rotation and inventory; may occasionally deliver product to retail accounts; Collect money for delivered product.
Assure quality control standards are met by ensuring proper rotation from delivery to point of purchase.
Assist co-workers as needed.
Receives advance approval before working any overtime hours.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent; or 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Mathematical Skills
Strong mathematical skills required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, along with proper insurance.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear. The employee must regularly (exceeds 300 repetitions per day) lift and /or move by hand from floor to knuckle and from knuckle to shoulder more than 40 pounds (case of beer).
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
