Threat Tec is seeking a skilled Regional Security Cooperation Analyst to join our team on the Special Operations Force Core Support (SCS) IDIQ program. This role supports the First Island Chain (FIC) Cross Functional Team (CFT) and is crucial in planning and coordinating Special Operations for Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. The Analyst will manage Security Cooperation (SC) programs, ensuring alignment with USINDOPACOM's campaign plan and overseeing operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) within the FIC.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple SC programs, including Title 10 USC 312, 321, 322, 333, 345, and APRI, from inception to completion.
Engage with foreign partners to synchronize regional efforts abroad.
Review Annual Proposals and Training & Equipment Lists from subordinate JSOTF submissions.
Support Global Force Management to ensure the timely deployment of SOCOM forces for operational use.
Ensure continuity of information between rotational units and headquarters, including forward integration during RIP/TOA periods.
Coordinate with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency for tracking annual 333 submissions and OAIs.
Collaborate with component commands for the implementation of 333 OAIs.
Work with receiving partner units to identify capability gaps aligned with SOCPAC requirements.
Consolidate annual assessments, monitoring, and evaluation reports for integration into future campaign planning.
Manage Title 10 and APRI projects through the Overseas Humanitarian Assistance Shared Information System (OHASIS).
Integrate SC resources and plans into the Country Integration Plans and the SOCPAC Campaign Plan.
Attend SC planning conferences abroad and in the United States as required.
Measurable Skills and Qualifications
Ability to conduct periodic theater and CONUS travel (approximately 4-6 weeks annually) for conference and program familiarity.
TS//SCI security clearance required or obtainable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people and teams.
2-3 years of experience in Security Cooperation.
Knowledge of Security Cooperation Authorities, Objectives, Primary Stakeholders, and Processes.
Preferred 2-3 years of Special Operations experience.
