Job Description:

Customer Service Rep (Manufacturing industry experience required)



Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a local manufacturing company in search of adding a Customer Service Representative to their team. The ideal candidate will be required to have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.



Location: Milford, NH area



Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)



Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour



Responsibilities:



  • Phone coverage, call handling & greeting/directing visitors.

  • Responding to customer inquiries such as updated order status, quotations, expediting customer requests or concerns.

  • Processing new customer orders and change orders as requested.

  • Working closely with other departments to address customer requirements.

  • Invoicing / Data entry

  • Maintaining finished goods inventory (includes updating inventory software)




Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing related role.

  • Must be efficient at typing/data entry.

  • Possess knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Open Office or Libre.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!

  • Possess excellent communication skills & etiquette (both oral & written).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Able to multi-task.

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
